Is old mutual a **** or what?? I went to old mutual branch 3 week's back to surrender and take whatever amount I have from my investment but they've been playing hide and seek. I told them I lost my job I won't be able to continue with the investment I need to surrender and close it and I will start over once I get a job. They made a promise that everything is okay I then received an SMS that my request was declined I then called again of which everything was finalized.. till today nothing. I have been emailing and calling my financial advisor Kgotso Motaung with no response from.. I just want my money and that's it.. I regret the day I opened that investment. I demand the highest person to contact me and give me answers coz this is pure nonsense as I am not borrowing that money I worked hard for it.... I want my money you ****mers
