Member Excess Contributions as at 28 February 2016
Your reference number is: [SF ********** ]. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
On Tuesday the 4th I send an email enquiry to Old Mutual Super Funds regarding my pension after making a call to them via their call centre and was advised to send an email
The reason for this enquiry is that on the 11th of September 2018 I received a letter from Old Mutual advising me about the Post Tax contributions MEMBER POST TAX AS @ 26 February 2016.
The letter stated a certain amount that was due to me and will be available to me based on the following reasons only: Retirement, Death, Retrenchment, Disability, Resignation or Dismissal and will not be taken into account for tax purposes.
The same day on Tuesday the 4th I received an auto response saying feedback will be provided with 48 hours. (Refer to the reference number on top) Today is Friday the 7th no feedback has been provided.
The reason for my enquiry was to know where these funds are being kept (invested), who is getting the interest during all this time. As per my statement which I have been requesting every month, I have not seen this money added anywhere, all I see are mine and my employers contribution made to the fund on a monthly basis.
I am retiring at the end of this month and it’s important to me to know what will be happening then. I am asking for Old Mutual to reply to my enquiry. It was send via email therefore their response should also be send to me via my email.
