When approving my debicheck for my education plan, I guess I approved her debicheck as well. I went to oldmutual branch and reported that I didn't agree to the policy, they said they will investigate, sms that I got from them said 10 days now it's been a month so I called them, I spoke to a lady by the name of Natasha, she tells me investigations can take up to 3 months. What is it that Oldmutual is investigating for 3 months. I want all my money that you debited from that ***** policy. The only reason I am not canceling the other one is that I have had it for too long and I can't losr the premiums that I already paid even though I can see my family is going to suffer if anything happens to me. We have already seen family members on TV suffering to bury their loved ones because of this company.
