I am an Old Mutual customer for than a decade, I recently requested that my kids be added on my funeral policy, an Old Mutual rep who was placed at Dr George Mukhari hospital known as Metja decided to open a new policy for each of the kids (4 of them) instead of adding them on my existing policy, this means that i have to pay extra money, immediately when i realised that she opened a new policy instead of adding to them to the existing one, I alerted her, she promised to cancel the policy, it is more than a year now since this happened and as i speak money is still being taken out of my persal for the policy i do not need. I have proof of the community with her . All i want is my money that i have been ****med back.
