I've app**** for a loan the consultants told me that I've got an approval of 100K Nd old mutual will give me 150K if they settle my accounts Nd give me back the change after all accounts have been settled,I was happy with that, until to my suprise the consultant who was helping me was charged as to no explanation why, the one helping me just did things without even explaining anything to me,not to even tell me that the approval is back from head office Nd my loan application has been decreased, nothing was explained to my suprised they've settled acconts that makes no sense to me, without even explaining that am no longer getting 150K but 60k,I've asked them to take back Thier money cuz it's no use to me as the 2 accounts that I wanted to settle down have not been settled,I feel ****med cuz nothing was explained to me from the word go when the head office decreased my loan😡😡 now am stack without any help 😤😤😡😡
