Max Policy ****

Money was withdrawn out of my max policy account without my authority, when I enquired regarding it they busy giving me the run arounds..no one from Old mutual is giving me a direct answer of what happened for the money to be out of my policy however what’s even worse whenever I call they transfer my calls to different departments, received an email a month ago saying they will do a unit injection of my funds back in the policy yet money still not yet back in the policy..further investigations are been done according to them..this has been going on for close to 2 months now with no feedback and therefore I can’t move my money elsewhere with the investigation still pending..I’ve escalated my complain to their complains department yet still nothing been done..A whole reputable company where you think your money would be safely invested I’m been ****med yet they can’t even answer to it..I’m very disappointed in Old Mutual and hope I can receive my funds back in the policy so I can invest elsewhere!
