My Name is Thomas Mbedzi, Today at 9:30 I visited Old Mutual regards my Max investments and Retirements Annuity Fund, I couldn't get help from Rose whom doesn't have good customer service doesn't even know what we wanted she couldn't explan what I have on the system, she is rude and ***********, I am a TB patient I am very sick and powerless that's why I want to withdraw the Funds so that I can't take care of my children and my self as I am nolonger working and that's why I needed urgent help which I got ******* answer from Rose at Old mutual Sunnypark, I would like Old mutual to urgently attend this Matter.
