Max Investment Booster Bonus

I called last week and stayed on the phone for 30mins with the consultant. Regarding my Max Investment Retirement.

She was trying to get an explanation and could not. She promised to call with an update and I haven't received any. The fund went paid up when I changed positions and terminated old service to start anew. Old Mutual couldn't collect stop orders. I then paid all outstanding premiums but my Booster Bonus is still not active on my account.
