Max Investment

I have an Old Mutual Max Investment, I had an exceptional Advisor who left a year ago. Since then no one has bothered to contact me. i have sent a divestment for a my Max Investments after calling your call center and been advised it an immediate payout then to get told I must wait 11 day. Its my 11th day and still been told its in pricing and no one else can assist me. I am disgusted with the service I have had and lies received from everyone about the money and payout I am waiting for. It makes me wonder with my green-light if you will also take 11 days to payout my claim. I would like to move everything because your services sucks.
