Max Investment ***6

I started a Max Investment with Old Mutual last year and have contributed R13,100 to date. I have asked for a refund twice and was shocked to realize that about R3,600 has been deducted from me. Perhaps its my poor understanding of finance but I feel that that's way too much money to deduct. My financial advisor is not saying much and I am tired and just need my money back and also need to know how these deductions are done. I checked a few weeks back and my portfolio was saying my pay back cash was about R6,400. Another debit order came through and they took R1,100 from my account. I was shocked to get a refund of only R5,900 instead of about R7,400
