Matured Endowment Policy Refusal To Pay

I had a life Endowment Policy with Old Mutual dating back 20 years ago. It matured 3 years ago and on the 16 of April 2015 I tried to submit a claim for the release of my money I failed.<br> Old Mutual requested me to fill-in \cession forms"before they can release the money. I fulfilled in all their requirements and requests and have been tossed from one person to the other.<br> No one seems to take responsibility to assist me or explain to me why my policy will not be paid. After all it has matured and I need the money.<br> Their call center consultants are *********** and no issues are resolved professionally and successfully it is now 3 month overdue. Warning and advise to any persons thinking of buying a policy with Old Mutual. Do NOT DO business with them rather try another company.<br> Their service level is quickly deteriorating at a pace you can't believe. The same applies to their other services"
