Mature policy
My mum has a policy with old mutual which has matured 2016 yet they don't want to pay her out. And they still deducting from her account until now

06 Jan 2021, 13:56As we speak they asked my mum for a letter from the bank stating that it's her account. So she first going to the bank then back to old mutual. She's been struggling with old mutual for a while now
