Matatiele branch are *****ulent

Taking advantage of elderly people. One of your financial advisors in Matatiele Eastern Cape took out 3 policies for my mother without her knowledge or consent. When she picked it up she went to the branch and reported it to the manager. The manager confirmed that someone from their office took out these policies.

This happened in December of 2023 when she was out of town. She has not been refunded, these policies are still deducting till today. When she does to the branch she's being sent from pilar to post.

The manger is protecting his employees *****ulent activities. I wonder how many people are being ****med like these.
