Maintanace order issued to attach pension ref
A court order was issued by Randburg Regional Court to attach pension for maintainace not paid. The court clerk scanned and emailed to the super fund to payout. i followed up with an email and a telephone call to explain that children have been out of school for five weeks. if the payment is not made they will have to repeat their grades. Exams are starting tomorrow Iam at my wits end i have panic attacks. Please help

11 Nov 2020, 08:12Today is day 6 having logged a call with you CRM my urgent claim has not been resolved. With todays technology at a click of a button even my ****a shop would have resolved this by now. You have informed me my claim is not "generic with no generic"" turn around time. Is this the first time such claim has Old Mutual seen /dealt with? The management team have they got no mandate to process my claim? Or are we suffering because they are working from home? If the management team have no mandate to approve please do not delay any further and submit to Ian Williamson or Trevor Manuel. Please do no frustrate us clients with your redundant process or internal red tape process. The courts acted promptly in issuing the court order attachment, OLD MUTUAL is prejudicing my children from writing exams. This is contravening the court order by breaking minor Children's Act! Old Mutual has not learnt customer service after the ladies brought in a dead body into the branch! Now there are children involved whos life and future hangs in balance.
