LUMPSUM DECLARATION

I recieved a lumpsum from my employer in 2021 December. I am now trying to do my returns on SARS efilling . SARS issued a TAX DIRECTIVE and informed me that Old mutual did not declare the lumpsum amount on return . I contacted old mutual via cellphone and email they keep on sending me the same damn document ( IRP5) I asked if they have delared the lump sum amount with SARS, OLD Mutual is faling to inform me whether they have DECLARED or if they are going to DECLARE.
