Love to take your money but getting it back doesn't happen ,Don't use them ever !!!!

Good Evening , I have attached 2 of the reference numbers(GSENQ***/GSENQ***) I have received from you and that is al I receive from you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I has been 2 weeks now and I have not yet received any feedback on when my monies will be paid out and also my account and policy be closed and canceled with this terrible company .I have sent 6 Emails ,Called 4 times where i was on the phone for more that 15 minutes and no answer ,My airtime keeps on running out because there is no one answering at your call centres.I want my monies from you now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is crazy that I have to beg for my own money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Again please get back to me ASAP on when I will receive my monies and also see mail below sent

I trust that my email finds you well,due to the corona Virus I am unable to travel back to vietnam to work and therefore I have decided to withdraw all the monies in my account with old muntual and request that I cancell my policy.

Please inform if there are anything els you require from my side to cancel the policy,I do understand that there will be a penalty for early cancellation.
