Lousy Old Mutual ******

I went to withdraw money on the 08th Aug 2022 ,on the 11th Aug 2022 I was told it will be on my account in 3 working days . Today the 18th Aug 2022 the money has still not been paid by these ******. I spoke to Feroza in CS she says OM does not know what happened. What nonsense is that?
