Lousy customer service at old mutual

I was on a call with old mutual consultant Lindelwa who rudely retirned my call on a queue . She requested a ref. number,pute on hold amd still ask me whats my query about and then decided to out me back on queue. Old mutual is inefgicient amd useless,very quick to sign you up but lousy customer service
