Lost IT3B tax certifiacte

I need to submit my tax return. I have a small RA with Old Mutual. From the Old Mutual website I can obtain my SARAF statement and my ITC tax certificate but not my IT3B tax certificate. <br> <br> I have phoned the call center, they said I should wait 5 working days for my certificate (Why?). The call center agent gave me her personal email address. I have sent two follow-up emails with no reply. <br> <br> I have also contacted customer support via the Old Mutual website, who sent me in order: the ITC for 2015 (which I already have), the IT3B for 2014 (I need the one for 2015) and an investment statement (which I already have and which helps me not at all). <br> <br> How am I supposed to submit my tax return if you won't provide me with the correct documentation? I know it's a small RA but if it's too difficult for Old Mutual to administer, I can always move it. Right now, though, I don't want to get penalised by SARS because of Old Mutual's pathetic service.
