Lost ID, King Williams Town branch
My Mother forgot her ID at the branch in King Williams Town, She then received a call to go and collect it, When she got there, Nobody knows anything about the ID, Even the person who was assisting her with her transaction at Old Mutual does not know where it is which is very strange
