Lost ID
I left my ID at Old mutual in greenacres in 2016. The same day I left I came back and they said no I didn't leave any ID. In 2017 I received a call to fetch it, but due to the hours I work I couldn't come to collect. So last year when I nitially came they said there is no ID again. This year in February I received another call stating my ID is still at greenacres. So I had a chance today to come and collect it and they said its not here and they send ID's to their headoffice. So they can't assist me.
