Lost hope

<p>I am really speechless,I honestly don't know if old mutual want me to run around naked to get a fair service.Not in any way or form is my situation with old mutual acceptable.it's been 6 months and this is my second complaint and all I am getting is bull**** and empty promises,Empty promises and they sure never forget to debit my account.I really don't know where to complain anymore.someone,anyone please help</p> <p>I am really frustrated,all you are doing is just taking food out of our mouth.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager has been helpful but nothing has been done with my case.</p>
