LOST DOCUMENT
OLD MUTUAL Kwagga Mall, MP.

I went to Old Mutual office with my daughter to claim the money her Grandmother left for her 2 weeks ago but we were told that they was a problem with their network and something else.
My daughter is in university and she needs that money for schooling needs. We submitted all the relevant documents and they lost my mom's Home Affairs documents declaring her no longer alive. I need that original document ASAP. They are not even trying to update us or something.
