Loss of vital organ

I Mr F Pretorius spoke to a consultant at old mutual about 2 months ago and he said,he would get back to me,but he did not. I have a green light policy with old mutual for about 20 years. I put in a claim on advice of the consultant at old mutual branch Richardsbay. After I lost 1 kidney. After he looked at my policy he said it was a vital organ and they would pay me. I recently went back to old mutual office in richardsbay and spoke a different agent , I said to the agent that i have a policy with old mutual and would like to know if I would get paid if I lost a kidney. She looked at my policy and said I would definitely get paid out. She did not know I had already put in a claim for my kidney that i lost. . I then asked her why she did say I would get paid in the beginning, she looked at me confused and said that she been taught that a kidney is a vital organ by old mutual. I feel I have been mislead from the beginning by old mutual consultants and old mutual the company. I feel that I cannot trust the company old mutual. I remember been told by the agent who sold me the policy +- 20 years ago , that I would get paid if i lost a vital organ eg. Kidney, liver and other vital organs.
