Loss of funds from Loan Settlement
I'm currently disappointed on how Old Mutual handled my case, I have paid settlement amount of my Loan R21400 on the 09/03/2021 from my FNB personal account and I've given them a proof of payment, and yet they tell me that they can't see my funds and fnb already confirmed that the money went through to Old Mutual account.
