Loosing customers because of the bad service

I moved all my policies to Discovery because of the bad service that they are forever giving me. Discovery has arranged for my money from my investment to be paid over to them, but they are not paying over my money to Discovery, its been 3 weeks already since my broker told me that they are waiting for Old Mutual to pay over the money to them, the service at Old Mutual is very bad and it seems loosing customers does not bother them iether,
