Long overdue claim

My husband passed away on the 28th of Jan 2021 and I went to old mutual offices to claim as I am the beneficiary(spouse) on the 10th of Feb 2021 today its the 23rd of March 2021,havent received payment, I have attorney bills, my daughter needs to register for her first year at Varsity, I have to wait for them whilst they are dragging their feet! It's long overdue!
