log a query for 3 weeks..

My id was used at old mutual to get a loan **********ly I only found out about this a month ago. Then I was advised that it will take 2 weeks for investigation I'm still waiting no response from the old mutual forensic. I have to call to get the feed back. After several calls only today that i managed to received an email. This service is really poor from the big company like old mutual. My life is on the stand still I need to apply for a study loan. Please resolve this issue.
