Lodged Claim of October 2023

I'm very disappointed in old mutual when it comes to customer service it is very poor and it's a sad thing people are still joining them instead of boycotting , I lodged a claim last year in October(2023) for my late uncle and that claim hasn't even been paid till to date instead they keep on deducting premiums instead of sorting out the claim and there is no communication of what is causing the delay and on our side we're left with debts and now I'm considering going to the news outlets so that they can get exposed and even take the legal route it's a sad thing a big company like this keeps on benefiting on people's grievances and take advantage of difficult times
