Loan repayment amount not reflecting

I made a payment of R17729, 25 towards my loan on the 09th of July 2022, I was told that the payment will reflect within 48 hours and it's Been over a week the payment is still not reflecting. I have contacted the call centre several times, I have sent E-mails and I'm not getting any joy. I would like my query to be resolved ASAP because this is frustrating.
