loan repayment

Good afternoon<br> <br> I need assistance i have a personal loan with old mutual finance. I am paying my loan diligently every month , but can however not cope with it since last year. I have called them on numerous occasions requesting them to give me a reduced and more affordable amount. They are very unhelpful, i would appreciate some assistance from a manger of someone as i would not like to stop payment all together instead make arrangements to pay less every month.<br> <br> Please assist me as i can no longer afford the repayment amount.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Virginia
