Loan Decline
I requested from my insurance company who I have been a client of for over 20 years and whome I have an investment with for a student loan for my son ID ***, firstly I was stunned when it was declined , secondly I requested them to contact me and they have not had the decency to do that as yet , its been a month since this request .Customer service is disgusting .
