Loan Confusion

I went to Old Mutual Branch in Uitenhage to apply for a consolidation loan on the 18 May 2015.<br> After putting all my information on their system, the system qualified me for R30000. As a new procedure she had to send my application to the Head Offices for approval.I was informed that my loan has been reduced to R23000 because of some transfers on my account. The consultant sent me the new contract that I subsequently initialed and signed and emailed back on the 19th May 2015. <br> <br> I didn't receive any feedback, I decided to call the branch on the 23rd in which case I was informed that the consultant that assisted me was on training in EL. When I called her on the 25th she told me that the Head Office had reduced my loan amount again, but she is querying it, so I should expect a feedback from her on the 26th.However I got no feedback on the said date, I decided to call her on the 27th in which she informed me that the loan has been reduced to R1250 because of the constant transfers which amounted to about plus/minus R2000 in the last 3 months. <br> I thought this was some kind of a joke. I would like to have someone from the Old Mutual Head Office to call me and explain how does this work.
