Loan Application still Pending

I have app**** for a Consolidator Loan with Old Mutual 1st week of January 2016<br> The system the offered to settle 2 of my accounts and a loan to settle the store account, which was perfect for me.<br> <br> Then the application was sent through for processing which they required me to send them a Loan Statement for a loan account i settled in November 2015 which took me about a week and half to get. Once i sent them all documentation the offer all of a sudden changed to something else and whats strange is i already signed for the 1st offer. <br> <br> The consultants the helping me seem very helpful but for some reason i still sitting here with a unprocessed loan. i am very happy with the way Old Mutual is treating me and i need to reschedule my plans now and then now and drive back and forth.<br> <br> All i need is for the 1st offer i was made to be approved. Or Decline my application so i can focus on an alternative. <br> <br> While i was there i opened up an investment account of which i may need to cancel too as i'm not happy with the way my application is handled.<br>
