Loan application

I dealt with a lady called lauren eckhard, from personal loans division.

Prior to contacting old mutual, i was trying to get a loan from capitec. I got approved,but despite trying over a period of 2 weeks, the agents were just not getting my documents.

I had to call them continuously and email to find out progress and eventually it just died .

I expected the experience to be the same with old mutual, and i was shocked, 3 days later i have the money in my account with such a low interest rate. Lauren kept me informed. And they called me for details. Lauren was friendly efficient and excellent.

I dont know why i didnt just try them first. Thanks lauren
