LOAN APPLICATION

I have app**** online for a R10 000.00 loan with Old Mutual. On Monday a consultant phoned me and said that she see that I have tried to apply for a loan online and if I would like to carry on with it. I then offered to go and see her at the branch today to finalise it. With my arrival, I gave her a copy of my ID, February payslip, rental agreement with my employer and 3 month's bank statements. While she was processing the application, I specifically drew her attention on my double rental deduction this month on my payslip which made the nett amount R2 500.00 less. When she processed the current nett amount, the loan amount shows zero, but with the R2 500.00 once off deduction added, I suddenly qualify for a R19 000.00 loan??? She then phoned a guy regarding the unfortunate double deduction, who suggest to ask special approval in which she immediate rep**** to me \sorry I can't help you"? Hello!!!
