loan

I had 2 loans with old mutual i paid them in full in May 2017,but till today there are showing in ITC that i owe a balance of R1014 on each loan i have the call centre on numerous occasions and was told to fax all my documents and proof that i have paid in full ans ITC attachments. The problem now i want to buy a house bt this thing with old mutual is giving me a bad record. I will never take a loan with them again cz are useless and ***********.

Thank you for bringing this to out attention and I apologise for the delay in my response. Our Finance Team is attending to this matter.

It seems that the credit bureau was informed in May 2017 that these loans are finalised. A manual request has been sent through today. We are aware that this can take up to 21 days for the credit bureau to update their records.

Our Finance team will be sending you an email in this regard. Please contact them should you require any further assistance.
