Listed me for ***** that I did not commit

I learnt a few weeks ago when I was trying to take a loan thaf Old Mutual has listed me at the South African ***** Prevention Services as if I have committed ***** against them. I never dealt with Old Mutual and never showed any interest to deal with them ever before in my life. I never took any loan and never took any insurance with them. I have never even went into their offices ever. Im dissapointed at how they can black list me just like that for something I did not do without even consulting me.
