Life police details captured incorrectly

I bought a policy at old mutual where my 3 year old son and my wife are beneficiaries. I received a soft copy of the contract and my residential address was wrong. I called the advisor and send him my proof of resident and realised after three weeks that he never communicated the changes to relevant admin. Two weeks later, we received a letter in my son's name asking him to confirm all the questionnaire questions I had filled. I called the advisor who convinced me that it was correct to address questions to my son because he is a beneficiary. Was very sceptical and called call centre and the person I spoke to indicated that there was an error as my all the questions should be on myself as I am the person with contract with them and not my son. I asked them to correct the address for me and they indicated that I have to get in touch with the advisor inorder for them to correct the errors on the letter ( that is change the policy owner from my son's name to my name). I contacted the advisor who promised me that it was going to be sorted in three days and from that day he never came back to me and I cant get through his phone but they have deducted the first debit order on 25 August
