Life Insurance
my dad took a life insurance and apparently the policy lapsed and we were only notified when my dad passed away. i did contact old mutual and they advised of their findings but my questions were not answered and the proof i requested was not given. they advised that records were kept only for 5 years yet we lodged this compliant way before 5 years and been following up constantly
we would like answers and this isn't to tarnish anyone but just to get in contact with the right people
