Life Insurance

I emailed old mutual last month stating I got new banking details, got a case number, sent my new banking details but nothing was done, now my life insurance lapsed, I'm sitting without life insurance, Old Mutual only wants to cover me end of the month through their negligence. Now I'm sitting without life insurance because of old mutual negligence.
