Life cover worst experience

I have a life cover with Old Mutual then I bought a house. I wanted to add on the cover thing such as retrenchment to cover the requirements of the homeloan. They don’t me my cover cannot be amended, i need to look for the advisor that helped me. After few days i got hold of the advisor in which i told her what i wanted. I had to literally call her everyday and everytime she will say she is getting back to me. I eventually when to the branch and all seem well until the policy documents came and there were things i didn’t ask for. I informed her and she said she will look into it. Till now she hasn’t gotten back to me. She took my mother’s details as beneficiary but on the documents the beneficiary is me. Its
