life cover policy that has not been paid for 3year

My mother had a life cover,retirement fund and accident cover with old mutual she passed away on the 17th November 2013 we submited all the documents till to day we have not recieved any money everytime i phone them they give me all kind of stories that there is infomation that they requested from doctors but when i contact my mothers doctor they have nt recieved any from old mutual worse part old mutual do not even bother to contact me if there request some documents they wait for me to do follow up that is when they will tell me what they need <br> <br> Sad part is that i have my own policies with Old Mutual this shows me that my children will also suffer like me to get my money when i am no longer <br> <br>
