Life cover lapsed letter.

HI, i received a letter from old mutual indicating that my life cover which started deducting from my persal from May 2023 the amount of R476 until in July 2024 when i received a letter, hence on my payslip it never stopped deducting, when i consulted them they told me that the premium incresed and they could not get enough money from my stop order and they were talking about the lower amount from the one taken from my payslip, one of the consultant on my next visit told me that he reinstated the policy and it will deduct in August via debit order but that did not happen. So my worry is that i might lose the money i already paid by something i was not informed beforehand. I think people should alway go and check their policies at all times because you will be suprised.
