Life cover lapsed
My life cover canceled on the 9th of September and the reason for the cancelation is that I missed may premium. Send the proof of payment to old mutual and their explanation is that they have refunded me the premium and their not even sure which months they have refunded me. Does it make sense or what?. I have being fighting for two months? Please can I get assistance or start involving the lawyers now?
