Life Cover *****

I would like to express my disappointment with Old Mutual. On the 29th/11/2021 I went into a branch enquiring about a life cover that was taken in my name. I did not get any help as I was told they could not give me the details of the policy. On the same day I emailed Old Mutual and to date I did not get any response. The policy documentation shows that there were medicals done on me and I have NEVER taken any medicals with Old Mutual this year. I then went again on the 30th/11/2021 to seek assistance from the branch Manager and he asked one of the advisers to assist me by sending a Complaint to the Head office to assist further and on the complain I asked to be responded within 24 hours and that did not happen. I requested the place, time and date when the medicals were done, my signature on the day they were done. Given the spades insurance ***** and killings, I have a reason to be concerned. When the complaint was lodged, I was told to give them within 10 working days to come back to me. As this is a matter of life and death 10 days is a long time and am fearing for my life.
