for the past year I have been struggling with getting the amendments of my contract as I have updated the beneficiary forms due to the birth of my son. I have called and emailed them but I still cannot get the amendments as I need hard copies and prove that the amendments have been completed as per my request. I cannot be struggling to get my updated forms while I pay the premiums monthly.
