Life cover complain

My mother took a life cover in 2009 paying 1500 last year October she visited the tzaneen branch to apply for a premium escalation stop, she was given forms to complete and from November the premium went to 2300 without an explanation she has been sending emails going to the branch taken from pillar to post to date old mutual is still deducting 2300 and now she been told by Willem the branch manager in tzaneen branch she must go to resolve the problem with the person who wrote her policy 15 years ago, my mom is perturbed by this to an extent that is affecting her health
