Lies and cumbersome processes.

After being an employee with the banking industry for 20 years I am ashamed with the blatant lies and absolute incompetence I have experienced once I resigned and started a new position with a private company. I have been sent from pillar to post to get the 'correct' documents to pY my pension money out. Only to find out that one after the other consultant **** about the process and about filling In Online ROT's to transfer my hard earned money to a preservation fund elsewhere. And once a ROT was filled in after more than 2 months of to and fro-ing... They filled in the wrong fund! Now even more documents are required. I only start my new job in January. The few Rands I requested from the fund is now missing in action and I am forced to draw from my home loan and cut on things I was supposed to enjoy during my small sabbatical before my new career starts. You cost me interest. You cost me the right to make financial decisions and I will discourage every South African to trust old mutual henceforth. Your consultants ****. More than once and we have proof. If my funds are not in this week. I will go to the newspapers. They had no interest in acknowledging complaints lodged on their admin website.
