*****-TAKING PREMIUMS FOR A DEAD PERSON SIES!

<p>Hi. I was the beneficary for my grannies life policy, the policy has been paid out, which took forever, but the <strong>premiums HAVE NOT</strong>! I was <strong>asked</strong> to continue paying the premiums for the policy until the payout was received , and <strong>promised</strong> that the money would be <strong>returned</strong> to me for <strong>all the months</strong> that it went off. My granny passed on in November 2016, I only recieved the payout in April 2017 after many many emails. When I finally got he payout I noticed that the premiums were<strong> not included</strong>. I then asked my <strong>useless</strong> broker,<strong> Louis Abraham</strong>, for some feedback as to why it was not paid. He responed that it would not be retuned, after promising me it would. I was <strong>FURIOUS</strong>.<strong>How can I pay premiums for a dead person?</strong> That is definetly <strong>against the law</strong>. I threathened to call the obmudsman, that is when my broker said he would check with the office why it was not paid. After going back and forth I am still waiting for a response, as according to him "it takes time". I will probably die, thats how much time Old Mutual takes, before I receive my payment. I still have a another policy with Old Mutual, and I am a <strong>very unhappy</strong> client.</p> <p>I WANT MY MONEY. I DONT WANT TO WAIT ANY LONGER! TAKING PREMIUMS FOR A DEAD PERSON IS WRONG!</p>
